A free matching and information service

Northhaven Care is a free service that provides general, educational information about skilled nursing and long-term care and connects families, at no cost, with care providers. We are not a nursing home, a care provider, a placement agency that gives medical advice, or a government program.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. Information here is general and may not fit your situation. Always confirm details with the facility, with a licensed professional, and with official sources such as Medicare.gov Care Compare and your state's Medicaid office.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee the availability, cost, quality, admission, or outcome of any facility or service. Ratings, costs, staffing, and rules change over time and vary by state.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the site for your own genuine care search. Please do not submit medical records, document numbers, or another person's sensitive information.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version. Questions? Email hello@northhavencare.com.

Important: Northhaven Care is a free matching and information service. We are not a nursing home, a care provider, or a government program, and we do not give medical, legal, or financial advice. The information here is general and educational. Quality ratings, staffing levels, costs, and rules vary by facility, by state, and over time — always confirm details directly with the facility and official sources such as Medicare.gov Care Compare. We never charge your family, and we never promise a specific facility, bed, price, or care outcome.

Some skilled-nursing and long-term-care providers pay Northhaven Care a flat fee to be matched with families. This never changes what you pay (our service is always free to you), and it never affects guidance about Medicaid or Medicare, which we provide independently and without any referral arrangement.
